I ordered nails in December when they were buy two get one free I never received the free set One set I received damaged and it was replaced in February 2 whole months later This is a terrible way to do business After being a loyal customer for years this experience has reminded me that there are other companies with much better customer service

BUYER BEWARE Will double-charge you for shipping if you are shipping to Canada First order was normal I was delighted Second order placed was 60 USD and I paid 7 50 USD for shipping handling Upon delivery there was OVER 50 owing Including MORE shipping expenses When I refused the order they said that they would not reimburse me Super unethical business practices They would have had a good and loyal customer in me but they blew it with their awful customer service

There is zero communication about orders No one answers emails and the phone number doesn t even ring to KissUsa after about a minute of music it goes to the voicemail of a Stacy Melendez- every single time They will say the items have shipped but only the label has been generated and the carrier has yet to receive a package even weeks later

I ordered lashes that upon receiving I realized were too glam for me I immediately called KISS The customer service rep told me that they have no exchange policy but I could return the lashes for a refund I sent them back to KISS that day via certified mail Once I knew the lashes had been received by KISS I began watching for my 85 refund It never came so I tried calling the company again Unfortunately my calls went to voicemail On four different occasions I left messages asking for a return call I have yet to hear from them and have not received the 85 I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau I still do not have a refund months later My advice is that if you re not absolutely certain you like a product of theirs search elsewhere because you re stuck with theirs after the purchase

Do NOT Order From KissUsa com
I placed an order Sunday Nov 27th The website says that processing orders take five business days Friday Dec 2nd the status of my order was still packing I checked the status on Saturday Dec 3rd and the status is packing I sent customer service an email asking why my order hadn t shipped after the five business days promoted on the website I got a generic response that said they process orders in three days but asked the customer to allow two more days to process an order I was told that they do not process orders on the weekend I responded that at this rate my order would have been processed in six business days if it shipped on Monday but that waiting eight days for an order to ship is way too long I asked Kiss to cancel the order and they never responded I sent a subsequent request to cancel and they never responded I will file with the BBB and let Kiss respond to them Do not order anything online with them Actually I m not going to buy their products in the store anymore either

No product inside Falscara bond and seal
This is the third and definitely last time I will purchase falscara Bond and seal semi-permanent eyelash glue The first one I got with the kit was absolutely fantastic and worked great When that was finished being used I bought another one and noticed they had changed the packaging and when I got at home there was barely any product inside it so I returned it to the store which they easily gave me a refund because you could see there was barely any product in it Now I need it again and bought another one hoping that it was just a one-time mistake but no it wasn t same garbage nothing was in it so it had to be returned to the store once again I definitely will not buy this ever again

I have become Unglued
The last 4 packs of Curve overlap nails came with no glue Well the bottle was there but for the 5th time the glue was dried out could not get anything out of the little plastic bottle I DO NOT RECOMMEND KISS NAILS ANYMORE THEY DID SEND ME A FREE BOTTLE BUT THAT WAS DRIED UP TOO

Terrible customer service
I ve never had such a hard time with customer service I ve emailed this stupid nail company so many times just for them to tell me they can t do anything about my missing order I get it usps is a separate issue But they will not help me The least I could ve gotten was a refund Not even that You d think for a million dollar company they would have no problem giving me back my 30

I have advices my clients to purchase kiss nails for years if they are on vacation in one of your nails break Your nails and all of your glues are Crap You re lucky if you can have it stay one day They are horrible now
