Our cooker packed in on the 23 12 20 and could not find one for immediate collection until I rang kitchen economy Within the hour I was on my way to collect Great service

From ordering from their website the telephone conversations and final delivery of stove nothing but genuine customer service from start to finish The engineers were polite efficient and very knowledgeable and were clean in their duties of fitting the new stove including taking old stove away I would highly recommend Kitchen Economy

I ordered my appliance online which was a straightforward process Communication from Kitchen Economy was excellent from the start and the delivery team turned up on time as scheduled I took the remove and install options which were carried out to a high standard by the friendly and helpful delivery team

If it wasn t for Jason and Rob the gentlemen that dropped and installed my fridge the rating would have been 3 stars lower I called kitchen economy this morning to enquire about what time my fridge would be arriving to which the man on the phone said I don t know I don t deliver them - how charming However Jason and Rob not only carried my fridge up SIX flights of stairs it s a new build apartment and the lift had broken but then when they unboxed it and saw that the man in the warehouse had packed the wrong colour- they then carried the fridge back down the six flights and went and got me the right fridge WITHIN HALF AN HOUR They were nothing but polite so accommodating and extremely helpful I honestly can t thank them enough They really went above and beyond today and for that I had to leave this review to say a massive thank you and what a credit to the company they are Thank you Jason and Rob
