Non-existent customer service
Non-existent customer service When something breaks it s nearly impossible to get somebody on the phone Even when you schedule a callback it s 20 minutes late and then you sit on hold music for another 20 minutes What is the point of having a scheduled callback in this case After 5 attempts and two hours I finally get through Sir our system is down and we can t proccess any information about parts right now So I ask I d like to file a formal complaint with your supervisor or team or is that system down too Turns out that system was down too What a joke Avoid at all costs if you think you ll ever need any type of customer service parts help or assistance

They take your money and can t fill orders
I have purchased a hand mixer from them on September 1 2021 and was told it would be approximately 2 months To date I have received nothing from them not even any updates Several times I have spoken to their customer service very hard to get a hold of a human to speak to They have no idea about any ETA s and cannot provide any other solutions or substitutions This is the first time dealing with them and would not recommend anyone to purchase off of their website ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE FOLLOW THROUGH

I wish I could give zero starts The customer service is an absolutely a joke My husband purchased the kitchen aid stand mixer as a birthday gift and got me a colour that did not match my kitchen I was hoping to exchange it for another colour As stated in their online section of returns and exchanges you have 30 days Clearly explained in their website Which is the reason my husband got it incase it needed to be exchanged I called customer service twice speaking to two different supervisors who would not exchange my item It was brand new not even taken out of the box They said I could only refund it and re by the products but I wouldn t get the sale price that my husband purchased it at Their exchange and return policy clearly says 30 days I am VERY disappointed in the customer service and unclear messaging on their website I will be returning the product and NEVER purchasing anything kitchen aid again Absolute garbage company

Very poor service- kitchenaid fridge 6 year old kitchenaid fridge 5 door
6 year old kitchenaid fridge 5 door model died on Feb 23 I called kitchenaid to send a repair technician 1 first tech arrives next day Feb 24th to tell me that it looks like the sealed unit needs to be replaced Need to send some else back 2 new tech comes back on mar 2nd and does a Repair but it does not work Proceeds to tell us that he thinks we may need a new fridge and that all these new high end fridges are having problems Also unbeknownst to us he decides to put his empty oxygen burner tank in our kitchen recycling Really Leaving me with his hazardous waste material 3 waited a few more days and called the repair company back They keep telling me that they need to talk to their tech on next steps Waste of time 4 called kitchenaid main line again on wed 8th to complain about my experience with the service pro contractor they sent out Kitchenaid told me that they would dispatch a master tech I asked for them to please bring a sealed unit which they confirmed stock 5 new tech shows up on March 10th Confirmed it is a sealed unit problem but did not know he was suppose to bring parts Nice enough person and seemed to know what he was talking about Problem either compressor evaporator or condenser Left and stated that they would call back 6 I never heard back so called kitchenaid on March 13th 15th and 17th Latest is that parts have been ordered I would consider myself a fair and patient person but it has been almost 4 weeks and I still don t have a working fridge Very frustrated with kitchenaid and the service I get on a 5k fridge

Would give negative if I could Cast Iron cracked on mixer part Someone could of been hurt Spoke to 2 agents both had NEVER seen this issue First agent great said the photos would be sent on for review 2nd Agent was a jerk said not safetly concern offeren 25 to make me go away If teens would have been baking and mixer not of low could of seriyosly hurt someone or thing Why the difference is customer Service I want same service as 1st Rep and same resolution just gone

I am incredibly frustrated with the service I have received from KitchenAid after purchasing the Artisan Kettle and 2-slice toaster to complement our dream kitchen Initially I was thrilled with the bundle deal and the products looked beautiful upon arrival However our excitement turned into disappointment when we realized that the right-hand slice of the toaster was not toasting one side of the bread Upon contacting the workshop number provided I was informed that the toaster was within the warranty period and they would replace it without any hassle But my experience took a nosedive when I reached the customer care number The person who attended to me seemed disinterested and stated that I had to send the faulty toaster back and then reorder a new one This was problematic because the bundle deal I originally got was an excellent offer and reordering the toaster separately would cost me more After much back-and-forth with different representatives I was told that they could offer me a 20 discount on a new toaster purchase Reluctantly I agreed but even with the discount I was still out of pocket When I attempted to get this sorted with the assistance of another representative I faced even more frustration She made an error with the return label which listed my address as the delivery address When I brought this up she failed to provide any real solution and it felt like I was going in circles The lack of options and the inability to speak to a manager added to my frustration I tried to escalate the issue but apparently there were no managers available and the team coach was only accessible online Despite requesting a callback I never received one When I returned to the workshop team they seemed uninterested in addressing the issue and suggested that the problem might not even be a fault but a design flaw To add insult to injury they indicated that no recall or rectification would take place At this point I feel like my only option is to send back both the kettle and toaster which is a major inconvenience considering there s nothing wrong with the kettle All I wanted was a working toaster and I m disappointed that KitchenAid refuses to address this issue properly This experience has left me with a sour taste and I m not inclined to repurchase from KitchenAid or recommend their products to others I had hoped for a straightforward resolution but it seems like KitchenAid has decided that I should be content with only one side of toast toasted

WARNING They do not refund the returned items Be carefull
Ordered a parts for a KitchenAid Mixer Received the wrong one Returned it as requested and after reception of the returned packge on there side 3 mounts later no refund Had to contest the transaction with my credit card There Online services and even there custumer services are crap DO NOT BY ANYTHING ONLINE WITH THEM

Unacceptable Costumer Service and Warranty service is PATHETIC We have a brand new built in oven that is less than 6 months old and broken Trying to have it serviced under the warranty has been completely disappointing Waited weeks for an 8 hour window for service and no one showed up Then the service was a phone call and they explained that they knew what the problem was ans would order the part and call to arrange the service visit in a week We are now over two weeks several messages with no confirmation and we will have NO oven for Christmas Completely UNACCEPTABLE and unprofessional
