Tried to order a kitchen tried several times over a few days and Literally no one answers the phone TRIPLE CHECKED THE NUMBER AND IT SAYS IT DOESNT EXIST SO STAY CLEAR IF A COMPANY DOESN T EVEN HAVE A PHONE BEING ANSWERED

Poor customer service
The product is actually incredibly good value and excellent quality The fitters are superb The problem is in the senior management A family run concern As can often happen if say a senior member of that firm and family don t like you as a customer very quickly customer service goes out the window I could write a long list of itemised issues but they collectively all lead back to one individual Initials ND I won t personalise but if you have worked with this co and had a similar issue you will be able to join the dots Made the whole experience a chore and put the stress levels through the roof My recommendation would be to stay away

Purchased a product from this company through toolstation 3 items were missing Contacted toolstation who have tried to resolve the situation and are still trying I tried to call this company on two different numbers they didn t answer my calls so sent 2 emails which they haven t replied too I ll keep you updated on my progress

Appalling customer service
Purchased 2 kitchen cupboards from the Toolstation Kitchen Kit range opened up the boxes ready to assemble to find both side panels of 1 cupboard had corners broken returned them to Toolstation to be told they cannot be returned in store 1 week later we are still waiting some news on when the damaged cupboard will be collected and then replaced as we have had no contact with the Toolstation direct ship team I can safely say that if anything that I purchase from Toolstation comes from a direct ship from supplier I will not be buying it I would avoid these at all costs now

Bought a kitchen cabinet through Trading Depot they order through kitchen kit only one box arrived and I m been around the houses for two weeks without resolution I ve have to buy a new unit to finish them job Now trying to get a refund Up to 19 emails sent so far Waste of time and money
