Steal money from your account They make out a one off payment and then start taking money without permission Don t even answer their phone Avoid at all costs

Took money from me saying I had signed up for membership I haven t Edit I have now been offered a bribe If I give a 4- 5 star rating they will refund my money I am not changing my rating I am not happy with the way this has being handled

I have just checked my bank statement and realised that they have been taking a subscription for months I have no idea how to contact them as I have no idea who they are Reported to bank and will report to fraud through police If reading this please feel free to get in touch and explain yourselves Apparently they now want more information They are scammers that set up subscriptions without your knowledge Have been stealing from me for around 6 months at least twice a month Fraud team are aware They have initially offered me a refund of 1 of the payments They then said they would give it me for 2 of them Email this morning says they have now doubled that They will still have made a profit of over 300 so I will not be leaving it there The fact that they have refunded 4 of them shows that they know that they have actions are in the wrong and they are just trying to squirm as much as they can It is fraud of the worst kind I would urge everyone to check their accounts and look for payments going out to kichenshop com as not noticed straight away at 32 each payment at least twice a month and report immediately to their banks

Uses deceptive methods to sign you up

Can t even get my name right in their response I repeat I never intentionally visited their website until AFTER I d received a welcome to your subscription email They can deny it until they re blue in the face but it doesn t change the fact that I completed a survey supposedly from Temu who I have shopped with before and trust Was told I d won a prize as thanks for completing the survey and just had to pay shipping Didn t know I d signed up for a Kitchenshop VIP subscription their highest tier until I saw the email Said I could cancel after 24 hours but that my top up payment would be charged within 3 days I contacted their service line as soon as the 24 hour lock out had expired and was told my account was cancelled but that it would take 14 days to process Which means they will charge me 58 for a service I never wanted or had any indication I had signed up for until after the fact I ve read their responses on other 1 star reviews that they have no connection to Temu - THEN WHY DO THEY PIGGYBACK THEIR SCAM OFF TEMU Lesson If you get an email survey from Temu IGNORE IT And have NOTHING to do with Kitchenshop
