Superb firm great quality excellent service

I chose this firm based on previous reviews - so thanks to all who submitted them I have recently had both a bathroom and kitchen fitted - the whole process has been exceptional Designer Mark took time making sure I got the design I wanted not at all hassled when I changed my initial ideas completely - his only concern was I got what was right for me The two fitters Mori and Joe made sure everything was perfect and to my satisfaction excellent workmanship In fact the whole team from office support who rang regularly to everyone else involved were great The quality of the materials is exceptional I am so pleased with the result I would highly recommend this firm

Everyone came according to the schedule that I had received and I received a call each day to make sure the work had been carried out Everybody was very friendly I absolutely love my kitchen They also did my bathroom 2 years ago which I love and my windows and doors Wouldn t use any other company

Andy has just finished his design and quotation for en suite He was very professional with his attitude and knowledge Everything was clearly explained and he showed patience Consequently we have gone ahead with the order

To simplify

Overall the planning from start to finish is quite amazing The plan when everyone will come in to do the work even down to the collection of taking the rubbish Everyone very pleasant helpful All just got stuck in to the task in hand The end finish is amazing Very happy and would use them again should we move including getting the windows Thank you great work

Well organised

From the first person to come into my home to the last did an excellent job All the trades lads were great and cleaned up at the end of their jobs which was a great help The plasterers discovered damp in my walls then in my floor meaning the work had to be put back until we could arrange a suitable time to fit their schedule and mine It was worth the delay and I m thrilled with my new kitchen Thanks also to Jordan who called regularly to make sure everything was going to plan Will definitely recommend

Great Design Experience

We are just at the beginning of our new bathroom journey with kitchens plus bathrooms Andrew k came out to our home and made the whole process so simple and so understandable At first we were unsure of exactly how we wanted the new bathroom to look we had ideas but didn t quite know how to fit it all together Andrew guided us through the whole process from ideas to seeing our new bathroom in a 3D form with such professionalism and knowledge He did not try to sell us anything He made suggestions and respected our views if we didn t like anything As a result we now have a potential bathroom that we are so looking forward to having fitted I couldn t recommend Andrew enough and also kitchens plus bathrooms to help design your bathroom and give you a quote that you are under no obligation to accept In the future we are wanting our kitchen and windows done and kitchens plus bathrooms will be our first choice

Had Chris for an appointment for a new kitchen He designed me a new kitchen and was very surprised at what I could get in my tiny kitchen he brought all samples with him and I chose from them He was friendly and polite throughout explained to fine detail really enjoyed my appointment and no pressure would highly recommend
