It s a scam they took my money and continue my subscription without my consent It was the first month and it was not mentioned clearly They don t want to reimburse me You can t create your own voice your voice has nothing to do with your voice YouTube is not available It s a pure scam

They turned free features behind a paywall

I ve used it for a while and like 75 of the features are now behind a paywall including the main feature of cloning voices AND YOU CANT EVEN DOWNLOAD THE RECORDINGS ANYMOREkits ai is a cashgrab website do not pay a single dollar to them

I want to ask for a refund I almost cannot play around on Kits AI because it is very limited It is almost unusable when editing voices It doesn t meet my expectations Now I can t even download the last one that I have created due to limitations I refreshed the page many times but still it shows 2 02 to download and I have to wait until next month It s like what Is this serious This is totally insane

This is officially the saddest AI site in the world it used to be good now you have to pay mandatory also for the kits vocals so the dead normal boring ones NOT CELEB hardly any celebs can be found yet so why still pay for kits didn t think so really rotten rotten rotten bad

Be Careful shady practice

I downgraded my subscription mid-cycle and was shocked to find my account downgraded immediately despite having paid for the full month Losing access to all of my work being forced to pay the full month subscription just for 2 weeks AGAIN until the next billing cycle It s disappointing and unfair customers deserve the service they paid for Extremely shady practice Customer service replies fast but doesn t offer any help even confirmed the shady practice The 1 Star goes to the GUI which is made pretty well and convenient to work with

Why

Since Kits AI put more things behind a paywall and removed community-created voices ie Kurt Cobain Heavy Weapons Guy etc things have been getting worse and worse I will never use Kits AI again until the paywall becomes less restricting thank you for your time and for screwing over your community
