SCAM Stay far away The quality of this companies services is shocking I would give 0 stars if possible Their call quality is rubbish the systems don t work a lot of the time they refuse to believe this I also put in a complaint and the agent and the manager both laughed at me avoid this company like the plauge P S its this companies policies not to other any refunds at all even if they are at fault SCAM

Buyer Beware
Honestly this was software that did not work Everyday there was a different issue Nice people but absolutely not honest about the capabilities I have the screen shots which I will share that show the daily struggle with things like answering inbound calls call coaching that worked only half the time conference calling that never worked or their app that blows This is Beta thats why they have you sign a 3 month contract so they can capture revenue while in development TRUST ME THIS SOFTWARE IS BAD LIKE REALLLLLLY BAD

Searching for a phone solution to integrate with HighLevel Need specific functionality and was pointed towards Kixie as the go-to Well I ve scheduled 2 demos and both were no-shows from the Kixie end Can t review the product but I can review the attentiveness

Over Promise WAYYYY UNDER DELIVERThis product sounds good but there s a lot of issues with it 1 First foremost there is no custom integration with you CRM So whatever they have as default you re stuck with even though it s incredibly sloppy If something doesn t work well with your CRM you have to manually type notes or copy and paste it doesn t update your lead statuses and properly execute workflows 2 There s no true onboarding for individual agents and small groups They advertise they take care of you and set everything up if you re an experience writing agent but they don t3 Customer Support is a joke The guy that signed me up for Kixie completely ghosted me after I signed up I ve called him multiple times sent him emails and texts and no response 4 The dialer is suppose to dial up to 10 leads at a time but that s not exactly how it works it sometimes dials 2 1 5 3 and other random amounts depending on how it lines up with the outbound id it uses5 which brings me to the next issue The outbound caller id will show up to a lot of phone carriers AT T Verizon T-Mobile from what I know so far as Unknown Caller or Private Caller without displaying the phone number which makes it look just like spam or scam This doesn t help answer rates at all They mention they scrub their numbers every week but there s only 50 phone numbers for every area code for this company so if that s true by the end of the day Monday if not sooner all these numbers may be flagged as spam checking rotating weekly doesn t do much good 6 And rallying off the last point most phone carriers have an auto-block feature that will automatically block numbers that see will low scores or as robocallers or over dialing the same people over and over again And since these phone numbers are not yours they re kixie s and they re used by hundreds of other agents users who are most likely not using best practices when calling most of these numbers are labeled as spam unknown caller private caller or blocked by the end of the 1st day of the work week So to give you an example here I loaded 47 new leads into my powerlist and after one session 45 of contacts were removed after being autoblocked So save your money Keep to your regular dialer and regular power dialer Focus on keeping your call scores up and the leads that are really interested in the coverage will buy It s a numbers game and if you re calls aren t going through because they re being autoblocked labeled as spam scam and unknown private it s tough to make a sale

Refused to let me get out of contract when they lied about what was included Then they ignored over 10 of my messages and left me with an incredibly poor product that I had to pay for

Terrible Experience Overpromised and Underdelivered
We implemented Kixie because we were assured it would meet all our needs but it has been nothing but a headache Calls frequently have no audio when picked up and we are often unable to accept incoming calls at all Phone numbers have not ported over correctly causing additional disruptions On top of that customer service has been incredibly slow to respond to urgent issues leaving us stuck without solutions for extended periods These problems have severely impacted our business and Kixie has failed to deliver on the promises made during the sales process If you re considering this platform beware it s been nothing but frustration for us

This company is a scam
I spoke with someone initially regarding setting up a free trial This person promised to train my staff The company wanted nearly 500 to get started and they charge you months in advance I started the free trial and sent them a support ticket three weeks ago No one responded I sent another message and guess what no one responded I created another ticket and someone by the name of William answered the phone When I simply ask why no one responded to my ticket he immediately said I don t think that we are a good fit for you which was very rude So I asked him are you saying that just because I asked you why no one responded after I spent several hours trying to set up this business for my agents that you re telling me that you don t wanna work with me because you didn t respond and I am asking for explanation and he said yeah you can say that He said that he had to go to a meeting and he hung up on me I called back and guess who answered the phone it was William yet again how convenient so I asked if he was the same person I was talking to that said that they had to go to a meeting and he said that he was I asked to speak with a supervisor and he hung up on me and they have not answered my call This company is a scam I do not care what you ve read Do not spend your money here You will get taken advantage of and they will not provide you with a response or any service
