We have just had new windows and a door installed From the first meeting with the sales guy to the last moment with the installers the service has been so easy and friendly The quality of their product over the others I ve seen is on another level The frames themselves are deep and rock solid in construction and there are extra details included that would either have cost us more or would have been missing from competitors windows The installers were particularly thoughtful clean and friendly I was so cuffed to see the way they had thought about trimming the kitchen window so that the tiles I love are not affected We will be using Klick again when the extension is built

First class service

From the rep s and surveyors visit through to final fitting of double glazed windows and doors we were impressed with the professional service We were very pleased with the neat clean and precise job done by the fitters The windows and doors are of a very high quality both in their looks and performance

The great new look

All the people that were involved from start to finish were great Scot had a great understanding of what we were looking for very informative and a great demonstration of the product Andy Kyle and David the fitters are very professional and took pride in their work The scrapie deal is a great help and we would be very happy to recommend this company

Great communication right from initial quote meeting through to installation Fitters were polite tidy and very efficient no mess and a great job

The windows offered by KLIC are of a very high quality The whole experience from quotation measuring and instillation was easy with no stress The staff are friendly and helpful The installers were friendly worked fast respectfully and efficiently and left my home tidy after each days work

Lovely people to do business with They are friendly and helpful and the installers were swift and efficient The only minor detail is that I have to rub down and paint where the old windows had been removed and some plaster came too The installers did fill the damage though and where possible they have installed trim to cover I understand that the old aluminium ones had been installed when the property was built and so had posed some difficulty in removing them The installers were as clean and tidy as they could be laying down covering and vacuuming afterwards Also where the bricks outside had broken away they have very carefully cemented and shaped it to blend in

Brilliant service

Having not heard of the company we didn t know what to expect but needn t have worried The whole process from start to finish was great All staff were friendly and very helpful and the service we received was second to none The fitters Andy and Kaya were the nicest guys Very professional considerate and tidy with their work We can t thanks Klic enough we love our windows and door and would highly recommend
