Been deliberating my procedure for a number of years very nervous about making the commitment to do it That was until I spoke to Klinikal and Sarah Shah who I must say have been tremendous in the level of information provided to date Sarah has been willing to listen understanding and reassuring in an anxious period leading up to a huge decision Thanks to her for that I probably wouldnt be here with the surgery date all booked and looking forward to having it done without Sarah s support Hoping my journey continues in this manner and I can walk away post op and out of post op care with the results ive wanted for years So far Klinikal and Sarah have been spot on

Klinikal have been amazing from the initial phone call with Sarah Shah she has took her time out to make sure all my questions were answered to make i felt at ease no matter what time of the day she was always there Olivia my nurse is a credit to them from the initial consultation to my post op care I have received outstanding care from her My surgeon and the staff on the day of the appointment were brilliant I can honestly recommend Klinikal 100

To the future

Was apprehensive at first about surgery but looked at the benefits of a better me and how that would benefit my family I contacted Klinikal and spoke with Derek who spoke about my body and weight and what would be the better option for me I have decided on the sleeve and have an appointment for surgery on 13th January Derek has been on the other end of the line to answer my calls with questions as and when they come into my head honestly he has been amazing I am hoping for an earlier date Derek

Klinikal have been amazing before after and during the procedure They are on hand for any help and advice very professional helpful and caring I felt totally safe when my son went in for his operation Emma has been amazing nothing is too much trouble Couldn t have managed without her Everyone at Manchester private hospital were amazing and the surgeon Dr khalil was so helpful and made us feel at ease and helped make us feel like he wanted the best for us Can t recommend enough

Bariatric surgery

Had my surgery 2nd September at the Cobholm clinic in Luton The surgeons Dr s and nursing staff were all so nice and patient The operation went very smoothly and I ve been recovering very well since Ashley and Jennifer who I had been speaking to beforehand have been superb thru out the whole procedure they almost feel like family I ve spoken to then so much and never has there been a problem answering my calls and keeping me updated if you are thinking of weight loss surgery just do it this company is fantastic

I have had a good experience with Klinical l spoke to Eunice first she is amazing l did not feel pressurerised to book She guided me through everything with respect and sensitivity as having a procedure ain t one of the easiest things one can do I felt very at ease and l like that my decision with Eunice were led by me and she met my needs Amazing service loads of useful information given Thank you

Klinikal as a whole have been very supportive throughout my journey thus far There have been set backs due to my health needs and they have always talk through the issues with me in a bid to make progress I have been supported by Ashley throughout and I must say she has been brilliant she responds promptly to my emails and calls she is proactive in finding answers to any questions I have and she is supportive and very caring in her approach she s a real asset to the company

From start to finish Klinikal has been excellent Rose-anne has been fantastic throughout the whole process answering emails quickly and sending me all the information required On the day of my surgery everything went like clock work with everyone taking the time to be prepare me for surgery I m so glad I booked through Klinikal as the post op and the surgery went without any issues and the surgeon and his team were faultless in their care towards me Thanks again
