The Eindhoven Branch is one of the few in the Netherlands where people actually do care about the client I mean it They sent the order on time The delivery company made a mess So to fix things I came in touch with the people from Eindhoven A couple of emails in a very polite manner zero response the kind of maybe we don t know etc No they were clear and positive That is the kind of help that you seek from a client support service The sad part of the story is The product itself is quite robust so I will not be purchasing anything from them any time soon at least

Ordered the wrong filter for my car my fault I ordered from my phone browser and didn t notice wrong product got selected and only realized after the item arrived Contacted Support who were very prompt and helpful to arrange a Returns label and a full refund I have now ordered the correct filter Very pleased with K N
