Ordering process was smooth the backpack I bought was out of stock almost everywhere else yet Knife Country still had a fair price Time to shipment was posted as 3-12 days per COVID I received the shipment notification 2 business days later and had the product in hand within a week of ordering i had no reason to contact customer service so I can t speak to that aspect of the business All I know is that I found what I wanted at a fair price I shopped around a bit for another product and both were delivered to me well-packed and ahead of schedule

I ordered 2 Bucklite folding pocket knives from Knife Country and after reading reviews online was a little worried Well I shouldn t have been The ordering was smooth the communication good via e-mail and the shipping fast It was actually 2-days early This is not Amazon and as such I didn t expect overnight or two-day service But what I received was better then what I was promised I am happy it turned out so well Thank you to Josh and his team A family business I feel good about supporting BTW the two knives were exactly as I ordered On the small side but low cost And since I keep losing misplacing my expensive knives this is perfect
