Ordered a pattern online for download but it makes no sense as two of the four patterns are not there Tried to contact by text and email but after a week no response Very poor customer service will not use again

Absolutely love Knit in a Box Great option of you want a monthly subscription or just a one off box here there Boxes are always quick to arrive beautifully presented Always more than enough yarn for the pattern that comes with it lovely little surprise gifts inside too There s a Facebook group who are so helpful the admin are always really quick to assist people with anything This is great value for money
