I have made two purchases from knives4africa and have received excellent customer service each time The second purchase was for my Dad s birthday present with a looming deadline The day before his big day the tracking said the package had been delivered but we could not find it I emailed k4a and got a fast reply offering to run a replacement item round at 10pm on a weeknight Very happy with the solution and my Dad is very happy with his flashlight

The oil was fantastic for folding knives It really improves the action The product was delivered quickly which was great Only minor negative was I received no confirmation email of purchase so was left wondering if the order was processed As said minor concern and would still recommend Knives4africa
