Great service

The product is great but unfortunately there was a fault with one of the lights The company that I bought it from were less than helpful so I reached out to the manufacturer They very kindly offered a replacement and were extremely courteous and helpful I don t mind when there is a fault with a product these things happen - particularly with electronics What matters to me is customer service and how companies deal with faults when they occur Very pleased Keep up the good work

Knog blinder 4 Since 2018 I m using this lights So far they still working battery on eco mode last about 2 months or more on average 5 hours per week Water proof for UK weather

Knog has made a customer for life out of me I returned home from a business trip only to find that my Blinder 600 no longer worked and after a quick chat with the support folks they sent me a Blinder 900 and even 2-day mailed it to me so I could have it in time for the Triple Bypass which happens in three days so this was unfortunate timing I just got it in the mail and I couldn t be happier 3 cheers for Knog

First class customer service

I purchased a rear light that broke shortly after starting to use it The Knog team took this very seriously and resolved my issue quickly and effectively Particular shout out to James for keeping me as a return customer A once-off product defect was quickly forgotten and replaced with a great product

Faulty Light replaced without hassle

Have a twin pack of Knog bike lights - the front one has been a bit iffy for a while so I contacted Knog - they gave me some clear instructions to rectify the fault and it did work but only for a couple of days - I then explained the situation and they sent me a replacement straight away - very happy with the service I received

My trail X has been a fantastic front light out performing every single other light I ve tried The PWR bank finally have up the ghost and the service that I instantly received from Bridg at Knog customer service was incredible Instantly honouring warranty when they really didn t need to you ve earned a customer for life

Exceeded customer expectations

I really like Knog products and about a year ago purchased a Blinder Front Light I only use it occasionally and did not notice it was faulty It would not hold a charge I did not keep a receipt as Knog lights are usually very reliable Bridg from Customer Service was very helpful but her suggestions did not work So they are going to send me a new one Excellent customer service
