Huge delivery time no customer service
Product was delivered August 3rd 57 days after I placed my order paid I ordered a product June 8th confirmation was received the same day I followed up June 15th to ask when the product would be delivered no response Finally expected deliver date was communicated June 26th which was mid late July No news following this until August 2nd from DPD logistics provider - not Koffiekoning indicated the product had shipped Delivery was the next day It took 56 of the 57 day leadtime to put a product in a box slap a label on it to ship
