Kohls is a great shop especially when you have just moved to the country and are in desperate need of filling your house We were served by a wonderful woman called Jeannie who works in the Norfolk VA shop She couldn t be more helpful as we had loads of questions and even went onto help us with discounts and information Couldn t of been a more pleasant experience all thanks to Jeannie

The customer service is horrible and lines are way to long The cashier I had was very rude and didn t like I asked a question they could not answer She called the manger for help and rolled her eyes The store manager was very rude and when I asked for the corporate she pointed to the back of the store and told me I can get it in the customer service area She didn t know it Sad part is I just open a Kohl s card and I m closing it

I visit Kohl s store 0064 on 6-19-2022 My shopping experience was enjoyable thanks to Ali in Sephora She went beyond the call of duty She was very friendly and profession Customer Service was beyond expectation Ali is definitely asset to the company Thanks to her I will visit 0064 more often It is worth driving the extra miles

Love shopping at kohls I have been shopping since a pre teen so about 13 years now I do most of my shopping online now One thing I don t like is how they send multiple packages instead of packing the order all together I also don t like when they use usps to deliver packages I had usps deliver some of my packages to the wrong address Good thing the people brought them to my house Kohl s did offer a replacement before I received them Always have great customer service when I shop
