I ordered a pair of Koio Capri in all white in size 14 because reviews on Youtube said they run 1 2 size big They were just a bit too small But great customer service companies like Koio include a prepaid return label so quickly returned and ordered a pair of 15s They are absolute perfection They may be expensive but absolutely love them Now considering a pair of their boots just wish there were more reviews of the boots online Nice job Koio

Great shoes and great customer service Since I live in Asia it would be impossible to use their try before you buy offer due to shipping fees I inquired with customer service the actual measurement of capri white which helped me decide on the right size to get it was spot on The shoes are great too very comfortable It almost had no break in period which was why I got my second pair already

I had a big issue that was caused by a bit of confusion on both parts mine and Koio s but the company went out of their way to sort it out for me This is the first issue I ve had in years of ordering so I decided to let bygones be bygones and change my one-star review to a five star I ve always liked the company and without going into too many details as to my problem I ll just say they DO care and they will go out of your way to sort it out in the unlikely event there s an issue Please reach out to their support Plus you know the shoes are awesome PS Buy some leather conditioner unless you want to have to rebuy pairs every six months
