I had a big issue that was caused by a bit of confusion on both parts mine and Koio s but the company went out of their way to sort it out for me This is the first issue I ve had in years of ordering so I decided to let bygones be bygones and change my one-star review to a five star I ve always liked the company and without going into too many details as to my problem I ll just say they DO care and they will go out of your way to sort it out in the unlikely event there s an issue Please reach out to their support Plus you know the shoes are awesome PS Buy some leather conditioner unless you want to have to rebuy pairs every six months
