The Swedish Police had to take us back to Denmark

We had a ticket for the route Copenhagen-Aarhus We were by the bus stop and we showed our tickets to the bus driver He only asked us if we had our covid test and let us get on the bus 20 minutes later we found ourselves in Sweden The Swedish police stopped us and took us back to Denmark The driver did not propose any solution and blamed it all on us The company offered terrible customer service and hanged upon us on the phone Horrible service negligent driver and extremely bad experience We are just wondering if you can literally go anywhere with the Kombardo tickets as apparently no one checks them

This pathetic bunch of hillbilly mongols ruined my fukcing weekend Got a mail the day before I was supposed to travel from Randers to Copenhagen telling me my bus was cancelled I specifically chose the 11 45 departure to fit in with an arrangement in Copenhagen I was told to rebook my ticket and choose another departure All departures had been cancelled except one which meant I get to Copenhagen at 21 20 I will now miss my meeting all trains are booked and I AM FUKCED Thanks a lot you gang of hillbilly mongols NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE YOUR SERVICE YOU HAVE RUINED MY WEEKEND

Rude drivers and unpleasant trip

We were 20 min early as it says to be there 15 min early for departure The bus only arrived 10 min before but there was a quite long queue so we decided to enter the queue as the last people to avoid standing in the sun for a while The driver then rushed us becuase we were running late no fault of ours He offered no help getting our luggage in the compartment but insisted we had to get our heavy suitcase behind all the other luggage becuase we were to get off at the last stop I asked if we could bring our backpacks on board as this was our first time travelling with this bus but we saw other people do it He said no so my partner wanted to get a few things out of his bag before going on the bus Then he rushed us again saying we could have done that earlier He spoke in a very condescending manner as if talking to a child bare in mind we are 24 I feel blaming us for running late was unfair because we were on time the bus however was not and we still made the ferry with plenty time to spare We realized on the bus that we both had empty seats next to us so I was hoping we could then have our backpacks from the compartment below where our food water chargers etc was I asked him when we got on the ferry but once again he was rude and unpleasant insisting no without being able to give us any reason why The bus was pretty cold from the AC but I couldn t even get a sweater from my bag Overall a dissapointing trip being hungry and cold First and last time travelling with them will be getting the train or flixbus next time

The bus driver was extremely liar and out of control As we are waiting for bus from Copenhagen Airport we are 30 mins early because we don t want to be late and when bus came the driver checked our booking tickets and he could not find it on his phone and he can t let us in We kept asking him to check again and he says it s not on his phone He says there is the next bus and will arrived in 5mins So we are 5 people waiting hoping for the 5 mins bus will arrive It has been 20 mins passed and still the bus is not coming We tried to call costumer service and they only say they can t do anything about it We are tired waiting for nothing We cannot book to the next bus because everything is sold out

The worst possible system for boarding

The worst possible system for boarding busses after the Bornholm ferry More than 100 passengers waiting in long lines for three different busses without having any way to know which one their tickets were valid for Many people were rejected first and second time around as they had without knowing qued for the wrong bus Absolute mayhem Come up with a better system ASAP And also very hard to see on ticket where to board the bus both from Copenhagen and R nne

Trip Copenhagen-Aarhus 14 6 23 11 10 and Aarhus-Copenhagen 15 6 23 17 15 The worst bus company ever Driver is mean you can t charge your phone and there is no wifi I have paid 120 dkk extra to sit together with my girlfriend but there is no seats reservation so we had to sit separately It s a total scam and thievery Website is only in Danish as well as every information in the bus I would not recommend it to anyone

Bus never showed up No customer service

Had bought a ticket from CPH to R nne The bus never showed up for this departure and we had to wait two hours by the side of the road for next one No information from the bus company no way of getting in touch with them since their customer service closes at 18 00 No explanation no nothing So if you have any other options for your travel than this company do yourself a favor and choose the other one

Catching the bus after the Bornholm ferry with very poor customer service

Catching the bus after the 18 21 Bornholm ferry docked in Ystad was not well organised The driver stopped further away than he was supposed to and had no explanation of which bus he was driving He just got off the bus and started smoking amongst the hundred odd people waiting We had reserved specific seats and when we asked which were ours he just waved his smoke in the air and said go have a look After I put our baggage under the bus he cheekily said you re welcome So he did not help with the reserved seats and we had to ask other passengers to make space Not a nice experience and Kombardo need to do something about their passenger service

Really low level of costumer service

Really low level of costumer service when writing the service center I got in contact with Derya that just cutted me off I made a mistake when changing my booking and got charged twice in a few minutes Changing FEE on the same booking and didn t get any help because it was my own fault
