Sometimes they don t deliver the parcel they send 3 reminders and cancel the order when we contact the customer they say some times they don t call at all or tell the customer that they don t deliver to that area very disappointed

I recently had a disappointing experience with them Not only was my package delivered late but the customer care operator s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional Upon delivery the gampaha branch call operator lady showed a lack of courtesy and was dismissive when I asked about the delay This kind of interaction was unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected as a customer I hope that the company addresses this issue and provides training to ensure that their couriers uphold a higher standard of professionalism in their interactions with customers

They are the most unreliable courier company in Sri Lanka No one responsible gets involved when you call them They keep parcels received by them for as long as they like and try to arrange delivery only when they want to Their manager a so called Tharindu mobile number 0761413150 nor their CEO Lakshan Vithanage is contactible The girls answering the calls keep you on hold for over 10 minutes and disconnect the phone
