Helped me in dealing with grief

Six months ago after the passing of my aunt I was struggling badly with my mental health I felt embarrassed to speak out about my problems to my family because they appeared to have been dealing with it well So I turned to Kooth to seek help and open up about my problems After numerous confidential counselling sessions and relating to users in the peer-to-peer forms I felt like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders I am not saying I am 100 back to myself however I can confidently say that Kooth has helped me heel Would recommend to anyone that values anonymity because it means you can be open about your mental health

I felt heard and understood I had a place someone i could open up to about anything and everything I feel like i m not alone when i m going through a hard time It s just the best place to go to when you want to talk to someone anonymously about anything and everything
