Recently I ordered an samsung note 10 plus from this online shop It is stated on the website that this is an original phone with only minor scratches In good condition But after I received the goods I found that the mobile phone I received was a substandard product There are many bubbles under the screen I went to my local Samsung service center to check A Samsung service center technician indicated that the phone was repaired The screen back cover and spen are all not original products after that I requested return and refund unfortunate the customer service never send me any return label they just continue ignoring my e-mails

Ordered some Korean Pok mon cards 500 worth paid for express shipping 2-5 business days back on Aigust 28th Payment cleared August 30th Tracking created September 1st No updates to tracking FedEx says they have no received a package for that tracking I ve emailed them twice and called the telephone number they provide with no response It is now September 15th and I am placing a dispute against this company Buyer beware they are a scam
