I ordered a higher end digital piano bundle from Kraft Music Briggs reached out at the time of order provided updates on shipping and emailed me when the order had been delivered in additon to the notifcation by UPS The product was delivered as ordered in great conditon I read positive reveiws on Reddit prior to using their service I came across many favorable reviews My experience was no different I recommend their services
