Complaint About Misleading Product Information and Poor Customer Support

1 In the category for iPhone 11 I found phone cases for Pro versions which caused unnecessary confusion during my selection process 2 After ordering I was informed that the black phone case I selected was unavailable Instead I was shown pictures of green and blue phone cases These appeared to be cases for an iPhone 13 though this was not explicitly mentioned Believing they were compatible with my iPhone 11 base model I accepted the change However this assumption led to further complications 3 When I reached out to address the issue I expected assistance in resolving the matter Instead the responses I received were defensive and failed to acknowledge or address my concerns This experience has been frustrating and I feel the lack of clarity and support reflects poorly on your service P S I apologize for referring to your support specialist as an amateur

Love the product Only fault is that charging an Apple pen is not possible Shipping with PostNord is a catastrophe It s taken a week now and delivery date is still Unknown as per the App Transporting the small package some 300 km across the country appears to be quite a challenge Please change forwarder
