Great products but the worst service

I have been purchasing republiq skincare products since the start of the year 2024 instantly fell in love with the finishing glaze along with both the toner serum It used to be called the toner kid you not these products weren t the best dressed either They were cheaply packaged bottles if the products weren t great I would have def thrown them out I must add the products have been upgraded plenty much better packaged now The once named serum bottle is now known as the Glaze Serum the Toner as Essence Since it was a fairly newly founded business by Belinda Louise not many women knew about their line of products those who did know wrote positive reviews about the products its range It then went viral on a certain platform followed by many others including the media see their website Rising from humbling backgrounds into an explosive rage where their products have sold out more than often it would only be natural for arrogance 2 creep in quickly take over And the once customer service focused Belinda Louise to turn the other way The likes of us who supported them initially loving their products with such passion now being treated harshly with no importance for there are many others who have taken over The supposedly customer oriented team now have loose values hanging by the thread dishonouring their promise gaining the ideas of their customers as their own by not honouring them rightfully This is the sad truth of the so called customer focused DUO their team The spinning churning out of skincare products in bulk as long as is involved whilst holding them ever so closely when not wanting to honour their word has given rise to them being one of the most stingiest women duo ever I have been let down so badly recently by all of what has been mentioned so far Despite being in love with their products a recent collusion with them has led to me being blocked from further purchasing anymore products from their site They provided a lame excuse of their system blocking me not them which is hardly believable Why do they think others lack the experience Why do businesses think they are the only ones running a business others are clueless Don t treat us as dumbos as your biggest revenue lies in us consumers You mistreat us by not being your authentic selves 1 You claim to respond to all customers within 24 - 48hrs however I have gone through personally of having to plead with you to respond to my emails This has occurred too many times to count 2 I was promised a free glaze for posting a positive review with a specific code which I repeatedly pleaded with the team the code wasn t working to provide me the glaze as I had since purchased many other orders This was dishonoured 3 There was a misunderstanding with the latest order whereby the AfterPay sales had buy 1 get 1 free bundles I was sure I had purchased a buy 1 get 1 free bundle When I received something not as expected I was naturally upset advised that I would file a chargeback returning the order Whatever I did I did so telling you first Not going behind ure back including this review 4 If you claim to care so much for ure customers be so focused on us as a priority how come I never once felt this throughout my dealings with K Republiq Even when I was so enraged furious u did nothing to appease me nor bothered about losing me as a customer It shows ure motivation in retaining customers as I previously read on a different platform whereby another customer had challenged the same thing happened to her she was blocked from all future purchases too 5 The money back guarantee is not as straightforward as claimed so becareful to those unhappy with their products for whatever reasons 6 I shared gave u ideas to help grow Republiq as I was so passionate about ure products also after staying home for almost 2 yrs due to serious medical issues I wanted to try collaborate with you sharing with you where gaps were in the market I also shared another idea to which u wanted to gift me What was the gift A universal same all discount code shipping costs available to ALL customers There was NOTHING SPECIAL ABOUT THIS NOR CAN U CALL THIS A GIFT It was more so an insult to me as a person first then a customer When this was raised on multiple occasions nothing was ever done about it instead simply ignoring it once again displaying your so called attitudes simply not being solution focused at all 6 It is indeed so saddening to be blocked when not too long ago I shared wanting to collaborate with u despite health issues 7 Belinda Louise Annie I can still get others to purchase the products for me however it will no longer serve me the same You maybe all it now however no one knws what 2morrow may bring Gd Luck
