disrespecting the customer
A little less than 3 years ago I ordered from them a very expensive Head ski helmet with a visor that was supposed to be photochromic Due to Covid and illness I only recently had the opportunity to try the helmet and unfortunately realized that the visor is not photochromic but that it is a normal S2 lens which is much cheaper than the one I ordered and paid for Although it is clear to me that the warranty period has expired this is not about product non-conformity but about a delivery error and I was hoping for a humane and correct attitude from the dealer who unfortunately refused me with a very short answer and upon my suggestion to buy a photochromic with some possibly more favorable conditions they didn t even deign to answer
