I ve very recently migrated to Krystal and their support has been outstanding - personalised knowledgeable responses to Support tickets within MINUTES I haven t received support this good from any other apps integrations or providers I buy services from in years Thank you Krystal and what a relief to have left tsoHost whose support has gone drastically downhill to the point of non-existent no reply to a support ticket sent 1 week ago since they sold out to 123-Reg

This hosting service is the best I have come across - by miles The customer service is second to none - and tickets are being dealt with extremely quickly Would recommend to anyone for private professional hosting Never experienced any down time - only minor nuisance ssh access is not available under the cheaper plans

So Good That We Couldn t Leave Them

Krystal is so good that we literally migrated our web hosting to a different platform due to fault of their own we were just sick of WordPress but we still kept our email hosting with them Special shoutout to Jordan Matthew from the Support Team they re always so kind and patient with me I m not very knowledgeable when it comes to this kind of things So yeah they re so good that we are literally willing to pay full price for the hosting plan even though we only have our emails with them That s how good they are And I m literally the type of person who hates wasting money but for Krystal it s 1000000 worth it Thanks guys you re amazing

Outstanding hosting and support staff

I wanted to say that Krystal are just amazing from uptime to performance I called up today to look at adding a CDN onto one of my websites where I spoke with Steven who was very helpful and after looking at my account and asking a few questions on why I think I need a CDN turns out I didn t need one for this particular website but rather just a few tweaks Steven took the time to look at my website and told me what to update remove etc and I ve literally took my site score from E 40 to B 98 much quicker loading times and a better user experience for my client and their clients using the website Keep up the great work Krystal I m a Krystal customer for over 3 years

I recently signed up for a month with Krystal to power test them as I was quite dissatisfied with one of my current hosting companies What a difference Krystal is brilliant clean and easy to use site their chat has been really professional helpful and patient answering all my new-to-their system questions and Kris has been amazing doing all my migrations for me -- a fast totally smooth and effortless experience When I think of all the hassle I ve had with one of my soon-to-be ex-hosts I m really impressed -- so much so that I m going to consolidate all my hosting and domains with them I m especially pleased they turned out to be a great hosting company because their green credentials were a big draw for me starting with their data centres being powered by 100 renewable electricity from the sun wind and sea Check out the full details on their website They re B-corp too Highly recommended

I ve been with Krystal for a while after a recommendation from someone online Really great support which is what I needed rather than being a number and getting zero or not very timely support on issues The hosting is pretty good too No hesitation in giving Krystal 5 stars
