Bought two TXT albums One of them was wrapped and in good condition the other was unwrapped and open and there was something written on the side I don t even know if everything is there Sent them an email twice and they haven t responded

Ordered Nct Dream s ISTJ album on 14 July and til now 15 September I haven t received it They kept delaying the shipping due to stocks and all but all of the statuses of the individual versions I bought are all in the Ready to ship status but at the bottom it states preparing for shipping and their cs bot chat is soooo useless couldn t even get through it to talk to an agent Ughhh

terrible
terrible i ve ordered from ktown multiple times but this time my album didn t come with the set of 5 photocards i talk to their customer service bot and get told i need a video of unboxing - which i don t have open a paypal claim after going back and forth they tell me i ll get a refund if i ship back the album to them tracked they don t even offer to pay for shipping which is more than the album cost itself so now i m stuck with the album without photocards

I used to enjoy ordering albums from them Unfortunately first the shipping fee raised from 28 to almost 50 And now they are holding my order for over a week Their Customer Support is basically non-existent I ve spent 2h on their live chat getting only one message from the support Funny enough they claim that one of the ordered albums is currently out of stock but it is still visible on their website as available in stock I m afraid I cant s recommend them anymore and looks like I ll have to fine a new store to order from

I keep receiving messages from ktown saying your order has been dispatched I ve got no account with them and I m annoyed that they keep sending these messages to me even though I ve blocked them I could even access the order info to someone in the midlands I can t access the website customer service to get my number removed It s annoying

Absolutely no customer service and no tracking number to check on your order It took over a month before our order arrived I tried several times to use ktown4u s CS Talk and would get the same 3-4 automated messages I never once was able to communicate with a person about my order

Poor customer service
I ve just come across ktown4u again after a year and it reminded me of why I stopped buying from them Up until this day it still pisses me off whenever I think about the lack of help they ve given when my albums weren t delivered It was very confusing how it worked and I kept being passed on between ktown4u and the delivering company UPS and I ended up giving up because this went on for months And that 1 1 service is the most useless thing Absolutely appalling service to be honest I will never ever buy from this website again and will spread the word I m surprised I didn t write a review before when the wound was fresh

Freaking annoyed
I PREORDERED exos and txt latest albums and paid for everything including ems shipping 5-10 days and yet its been 2 weeks since the albums were released and they are still being prepared I talked to customers service for 2 hours and they said they are OUT OF STOCK and DONT KNOW WHEN THEY WILL BE BACK IN STOCKIM SO PISSED BECAUSE I PREORDERED THEM WITH EMS

I did not receive my order for two months
I did not receive my order for more than two months First they accepted my order for items in stock than they put it on hold for more than a month because they did not have some items Later they changed the status of the order to shipped out but the courier confirmed only the label was printed and the actual package was never sent The customer chat is useless - they just copy and paste the order status displayed on their web page and close the chat without any explanation I decided to charge back on my card
