Excellent service so far - Impressed
Although the group Exec Committee have not yet agreed to the proposed new website I have had a quick look at the included software hopefully we can build the site and transfer the domain name to Kualo following our next meeting

Excellent Service
Highly recommend The customer service and technical support team are always happy to help I love the Boost feature they do that allows certain websites on the re-seller servers to be given extra CPU Ram I have used a lot of hosting companies in the last 15 years and i can say that the customer service from Kualo is one of the best

Excellent customer service
My husband recently took over a church-based organisation which had a website with Kualo Sadly the previous webmaster had passed away very suddenly so nobody knew the login details etc Kualo staff were very courteous and helpful but needed certain information regarding the deceased person which we were unable to give We explained the situation and whilst still adhering to data protection requirements the staff managed to work out an alternative route for us to reclaim the website The staff have been absolutely brilliant especially Jo and Scarlett and their customer service is gold star We would definitely recommend this company we can t fault them in any way at all
