It s been a week now and I have been trying to connect support at Kucoin My crypto assets coins have disappeared and customer support has done nothing about it A have received a few emails back but they keep asking the same question over and over again I have tried to explain the problem like you would do to a 5 year old but they come back with the same question Losing all my money because Kucoin cannot understand what is going on is a VERY concerning problem for ALL investors planning to and have Kucoin accounts Guys be very very careful when dealing with Kucoin Their customer service is non existent inexperienced and unhelpful If you have a SERIOUS issue such as losing your assets on Kucoin because of their platform they WILL not help you I have sent them over 31 emails but they still keep asking me the same questions Very distressing to have all my assets just vanish and there are no answers and no help

Good exchange friendly interface and customer support many altcoins and maybe the lowest fee among exchanges Only concern is liquidity hope it will improve soon
