Have used Kukd several times with my local restaurant Jashaan Indian Restaurant Takeaway CF24 4NG food is well-presented delivered piping hot and is delicious

Don t understand what all the fuss is about

I was quite hesitant to order online with my local takeaway but Kukd was really simple to use and provided all the information necessary after would recommend it to try after looking at the previous reviews not sure what the whole fuss is about as I encountered no problems

absolute rubbish do not use

absolute rubbish do not use they give you a delivery time which the actual restaurant doesn t know anything about hence delivery over an hour late that s only after ringing the restaurant direct to chase No response to emails

Unknowingly used this company watch out

Without knowing I ordered through this company- was re-directed through a restaurant website The order got cancelled by the restaurant however I was debited 50 50 by KUKD com Told 3-5 working days to get the money back Absolute joke I have not even bought anything

Utterly Hopeless Everytime we order via Kukd there is a problem Wrong orders wrong delivery times etc We end up having to compound to the restaurant I m not sure why restaurants use this service it cannot be good for their reputations

Had a bad experience today Ordered food had an email to say its all gone through 2 hours later no food restaurant didn t get the order Contacted Kukd to be told my order was cancelled and a refund has been issued and may take 5 working days but nobody contact me to tell me What good is that on NEW YEAR S EVE at 9pm at night THANKYOU VERY MUCH But they will give me 25 off my next order DON T BOTHER IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO RATING I WOULD

READ THE reviews before ordering kukd took my money but didn t confirm order when i called to tell them they said i now have to do a claim to get my money refunded very frustrating - waste of half and hour and 32 that i doubt i will see again - no compensation offered really bad STAY CLEAR scam vibes
