I am extremely disappointed with Kuwait Airlines customer service My luggage was damaged on flight RBVQB7 Complaint MUCKU10651 over 7 months ago Despite numerous follow-ups there has been no resolution If this issue is not resolved promptly I will be forced to take legal action Very dissatisfied with the lack of response

Subject Kuwait Airways Failure to Support in a Time of CrisisI am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and empathy shown by Kuwait Airways regarding my situation Despite several attempts to reach out Whatsapp Email Twitter I have been ignored leaving me with a deep sense of frustration and anger I had requested a refund or even a gesture of goodwill for the return tickets of my wife and four children who had to urgently return home due to a critical health issue involving a close member of my family While I fully understand that the tickets were non-refundable the exceptional circumstances called for at least some level of understanding and humanity Furthermore I requested to use one of the unused tickets for additional luggage on my own return trip to France Once again I was met with a refusal despite the ongoing emergency and the considerable cost I ve already incurred The lack of response and the absence of customer care from Kuwait Airways has been shocking especially from a company that claims to prioritize its customers Such behavior only damages your reputation and pushes loyal customers to reconsider ever flying with Kuwait Airways again I hope this public post serves as a reminder that when a company fails to show empathy and support during difficult times it affects not only individual experiences but also the brand s image globally Sincerely Tarique Latif

Do not use Kuwait airways
I book Kuwait airways first time delay at Heathrow for two and half hour reached Kuwait on connection they left my luggage at Kuwait airport and after three days I received my luggage from Lahore airport all chocolates were melted which I bought for gifts now on return from Lahore it was on time reached Kuwait was told they booked same ticket twice gave no option then next flight staff was rude and called police on me when I argue and then they gave me EMD voucher which is just a voucher to booked another flight with them even when I don t really want to use them again in my life I request there head office to give me the check instead of voucher I was told I have only one option to book ticket when I tried to book ticket they told me the double the price in actually I have to pay my full ticket again and I email London office many times got no help what s so ever still waiting for there reply my voucher will be expired on 6th of November please do no use this airline one of the worst airline in the history staff is rude at the airport or in plane too that s my advice sincerely do not use them again

Different luggage allowance on inward 2bags and outward 1bag journeys
I booked a return flight from Mumbai to Manchester for my sister in economy class For some inexplicable reason they gave lugguage allowance of 2 bags on Mumbai to Manchester flight but on return journey only 1 bag of 23 kgs To make it worse they dont allow advance purchase of extra luggage at conessional prive that all other airlines do They expect her to buy baggage allowance for her 2nd bag at the airport through checkin counter which is quite expensive Customer service numbers are unresponsive so its just a horrendous experience Not flying with Kuwait Airlines ever again

Good food but not enough for our flight
Good food unorganised and bad communication We had to divert from kuwait airport to Istanbul and then to Turkey and then I was told there s no extra food there s a 80 chance the the other plane will wait for us And there was not even clear to the pilot I had not eaten all day apart from what they served earlier and now we have to travel 3 more hours after being on the plane nearly 8 hours with no food Flight number 136 to kuwait 1st Oct left from Barcelona to kuwait at 14 55 I would like a full refund as I wasn t fed my luggage has gone ahead all the way to Thailand I had to arrange a transit visa It s messing up my transport to be picked up and messing up my booking for my room And now I will be out of pocket and will have to make new arrangements which can cost me money I cannot afford

Kuwait cancelled the flight but is not refunding my money though it has been more than 2 years
I booked a flight for my family of 4 persons with Kuwait Airways via GotoGate travelling from Bangalore to London Kuwait cancelled the flight just before my travel and offered no alternative flight and I had to book with another flight with premium price Kuwait has not refunded my money though it has been more than 2 years and I have called more than thousand times chasing up for my refund Their responses have been either delayed or completely unhelpful It s extremely frustrating that Kuwait is not showing any seriousness to get my money refunded I ve been left with no choice but to take further actions I urge anyone considering flying with them to think twiceWorst travel experience ever I will never book with Kuwait Airways or GotoGate again

Fraud They do not refund
This is a fraud company and they do not refund after cancellations I have been chasing them on whatsapp support they do not even have proper customer support after they replaced my original itinerary with a connection with 7 hours of layover to which I opted for full refund They keep telling that they refunded the amount but the amount never showed up in my credit card Refund process is not automatic and they claim that the process takes 30 business days which in reality is forever Similar reviews exist from many customers which also makes it evident that they do not refund Never book with this company It is a nightmare
