We waren erg teleurgesteld over onze ervaring bij Kwantum We konden ons artikel niet kopen in de winkel wat betekende dat we moesten betalen voor levering We werden op de hoogte gesteld van de geplande leverdatum waarbij ik op vrijdag van 08 00 tot 16 00 uur thuisbleef het tijdsbestek dat ze ons gaven en onze levering nooit is aangekomen Ons werd niet verteld waarom ons pakket niet werd afgeleverd wat erg slecht was We brachten onze tijd door met het bellen naar de Kwantum-winkel en probeerden onsuccesvolle contact op te nemen met de koeriersdienst Kwantum kon geen informatie geven over waar onze levering was De volgende maandag belden we de bezorgdienst die adviseerde het artikel die dag te bezorgen en legde uit dat hun voertuig de vorige vrijdag niet in onze straat kon komen maar ze hadden onze contactgegevens niet om ons te bellen Dit was ook slechte service Over het algemeen waren we teleurgesteld en zouden Kwantum niet aanraden aan onze vrienden We were very disappointed with our experience at Kwantum We were unable to purchase our item from the store which meant we had to pay for delivery We were advised of the scheduled delivery date whereby I stayed home on a Friday from 8am to 4pm the timeframe they gave us and our delivery never arrived We were not told why our package was not delivered which was very poor We spent our time calling the Kwantum store and trying unsuccessfuly to contact the courier service Kwantum was unable to provide any information on where our delivery was The following Monday we called the delivery service who advised that they would deliver the item that day and explained that their vehicle was unable to get up our street the previous Friday but they did not have our contact details to call us This was also poor service Overall we were disappointed and would not recommend Kwantum to our friends

we paid for 2 x lamps 13 days ago September 30 we were told that we would be notified within 5 working daysno newshaving no news we went to the store in Zaventem on October 4th beside your staff is not pleasant and doesn t speak French we were told that it would be there on Monday October 7th and that we would be kept informedstill no news from them I called the store on Tuesday October 8th number of your website and I came across on the headquarters in Holland they telling me that they would contact the store in Zaventem and keep us informedat the same time my wife came back for the 2nd time to the Zaventem store where she was told in the same friendly way that there was a problem with the update of the Zaventem store stock and that s for this reason that the order was still not available following this update problem the store itself placed the order and we were assured that the items would be in store this Thursday yesterday and that we would be kept informedso here we are the day after this Thursday it s 5 15 p m all over Belgium and Holland and no newsso my question is this one what commercila action or discount are you going to take for the 55 minutes lost at the mobile phone and the 45 km we drove to compensate your unprofessionalismI can understand the logistical problems but I do not accept the lack of communication and leaving your customers in total ignorance I wonder what Test-Achat will think about your sales department hoping to have an answer within the next 3 months a customer disappointed with his first experience at kwantum

Horrible experience
Horrible experience we ordered 2 lamps a month ago and they still haven t arrived We contacted many times the customer service which doesn t answer our emails it is so frustrating and our 150 are gone Never again
