Totally unreliable company avoid buying from them
Ordered from them 25th of November payed the same day Today is December 6 and the package still not shipped and even not handed over to shipping carrier They charged 30 euros for the shipping from Italy to Poland which is too expensive even if shipped in time Support was swearing that package will be sent out yesterday but all that was done is that they registred track number but not handed over the package to carrier

Scam company You pay for the item and shipping Then you get an email a couple weeks later with an additional charge of 50 if you want to receive it and if you don t pay it you won t get it contacted the company and they will not refund the order so its pay the additional 50 or lose all your money with no goods In reply states I didn t contact support I did and was ignored My bank also contacted them and was ignored

Worst customer service ever absurd shipping costs
I was waiting more than 40 days for my order and as they have no idea of shipping in the end they had to make a refund Avoid buying anything from this horrible site Their shipping costs are unreasonably inflated and absurd 59 in my case and they use La Poste After reply Is this delivered for you If you want to provide a followup do it properly These are your e-mails 1 The courier has confirmed the shipment is being returned due to their error Reason given was that a document for commercial delivery was not available the proper document for your address was provided and confirmed We have opened a claim to try and simply reroute it back as it is cleared If possible it will continue otherwise we will have to wait for the return to ship it again We apologize for the delay and will update you as we have any further news 2 after waiting 45 days We are following up as we have received your return shipment At this time due to shipping issues to XXXXX we are no longer able to ship there A full refund has been issued back to your original form of payment As with any refund it may take several business days to appear back on your account We apologize for the inconvenience ----------------------------------------------------------You didn t lose the product It was returned to you I warned you aboutmy location before shipping You didn t want to hear You lost me as a customer evidently forever

Wish I had read this page before ordering These guys are sketchy Lied about shipping charged 30 euros for premium shipped with standard post Product didn t arrive They are currently refusing to give me a refund until I send them photo ID and hand signed documents etc Are attempting to bully me into giving them the ingredients to identity theft Avoid at all costs Edit While I gave in and sent them the info They know what they are doing and know the ECC the authority regulating EU trade like this take a long time to reply The ECC emailed me today confirming that what they are doing is illegal they cannot limit customers rights on the basis of theirs or their insurance companies policies These people are literally refusing to obey the law be aware of that before risking dealing with them

DANGERDon t buy from this site they are a RIP OFF I just got scammed out of 192 They insisted that I use PayPal s Friends Family payment so that they didn t have to pay PayPal commission but really this was so I could not claim a refund from PayPal to PayPal s credit PayPal did in fact credit my money back after investigating this SCAMMER

Lab 401 is a scam
I order a flipper zero and I am shocked on how shipping is 59 And I get a message at 3am saying there was error with my shipping address and then I send multiple messages with no respond have been waiting 3 days to get a respond and still nothing And today I log onto the website to see if anything had changed and it said that my order had just disappeared this had cost me 350 and I am not happy at all I would not recommend buying any products from this website

Sweet turned sour - buy from AliExpress instead
Excellent customer service at first However 3 shipments and a month later I can t recommend First shipment was a used device scratched and delivered without silicone case After sending proof another was shipped This one burnt a circuit within a day of use After sending proof another was - supposedly - shipped When the package arrives it only contains two stickers I send pictures Lab401 claims they have evidence the unit was in the package indirectly blaming the postal service but have failed to provide it Refers to insurance company policy they can not get me what I paid for Order yours from AliExpress they probably do anyway - it s 1 4 of the price and probably has higher fulfillment ratio

Poor Integrity
Paid for Premium shipping at 40 euro which turned out to be UPS -- which they later admitted to having continued problems with After UPS lost the package support was contacted a claim was opened and the original costs refunded Now they are no longer using UPS any longer and raised the shipping prices even further This appears to have changed after my purchase attempt and successive claim I am not convinced that the increase in shipping cost has any correlation to an improved success rate It was a stretch to begin with Update to vendor response the Customer did not receive any product Customer never mentioned express service only what the vendor called premium shipping at checkout Support provided no additional documents or information when asked about the status of the missing shipment
