They run an automated order system Beware if you are ordering 3 kinds of labels with slight differences they will not work a cost effective price like other printers but three full prices Graphic design professionals be aware they will approach your client direct and offer a knock-down paste-up approach to doing the artwork as part of their printing costs Under-hand and unprofessional

Awful quality prints 1500 worth of labels straight in the skip Support offers no resolution at all Cheap nasty inks used not fit for any purpose i can think of you only have to look at them and the ink smudges or wipes off How they can get away with selling this garbage is beyond me Avoid

Awful service they send you email your artwork approved but 10 days later you contact them and they tell you you didn t approve it every email has a different response i am really sorry i used them never ever again

Tried to cancel my order as soon as I purchased it Sent them numerous emails They said an agent would get back to me but never did I posted product via the post office to the return address on the package Got an email saying they would not be refunding my refund 122 87 as I didn t follow procedure no agent ever got back to me

Avoid this company at all costs

They seem to know what they are talking about but clearly don t Gave me bad advice on the print material The proofing service is useless as they didn t apply the same features as my final print Assured me I was getting exactly what I asked for and got unusable bad results The windings are all over the place making it extremely difficult for my machine to put the label on straight every time Cuts are wrong making the artwork lop-sided Varnishes are grainy Quality differed from batch to batch Of course I will delete this review if they remedy my issue Time will tell I sincerely hope nobody else gets stung like this

This is a scam

I accidentally ordered a water bottle and immediately cancelled through their support link They kept sending me emails saying my support ticket was open but did not get a cancellation number so they shipped the order anyways Now if I want a refund I have to pay to have it shipped back to China
