Terrible do not use Dodgy company PO BOX address no one answered the phone no customer support and they will not give a refund in line with distance selling regulations read this policy It is illegal and absolutely disgusting I have reported them to trading standards Returns PolicyLabel Source will be happy to credit the purchase price of your order if ALL of the following are true The goods delivered do not meet your ordered requirements The goods were not manufactured to your specifications i e made to order The goods are returned o unused and undamagedo in their original packaging within 30 days of deliveryo along with a returns note itemising the goods returned Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee based on any carriage costs incurred to deliver transport goods Refunds and credits will not be made until we have received and inspected the returned goods No credit will be given in respect of delivery postage or transit charges these costs are non-refundable We reserve the right to levy a 15 handling charge on any good returned for credit
