I ordered a cardigan from this company

I ordered a cardigan from this company I think I saw them advertising on social media can t remember which site and they had a lovely looking cardigan They also had messages all over their website saying delivery was free it wasn t and that all items could be returned I received the cardigan which was too small and poor quality I went on their website to start a return but their customer service portal was very poor They asked you to print out a form complete it and send back to them with the garment postage paid by you Unhelpfully there was no address of where to send the garment so I used their contact form to email them to ask for their address and to point out it was not on their form or website Each time I tried to submit the form I got error messages I then found an email address on my order confirmation email a gmail address which I thought was odd so emailed them to ask about returning the cardigan I received an email saying that as this was a sale item it could not be returned This is despite it saying right next to the cardigan I ordered that ALL ITEMS could be returned I then came onto Trip Advisor to warn others about this returns policy only to discover they were not listed I found this surprising as they have numerous rave reviews from Trust Pilot all over their website fake I assume I contacted Trust Pilot who have now created this brand page and assume will be in contact with them about their fake reviews So my main take away is avoid at all costs as they are scammers who just want your money Also I have ordered many things from TikTok shop and Insta and have never had a problem so it s not really a social media thing AFAIK
