Tried to pull a fast one

The product I was sent could never be mistaken for the product advertised I m terribly insulted that they d send me such a cheap product expecting me to pay for something not worth and not notice Not complain What they sent is made of that flimsy plastic shiny fabric like those 3 children s Halloween costumes from Walmart Which is a far cry from the advertised dress The High Neck Long Sleeve Sequin Midi Dress-Gold Pre-Order I ordered this dress pre-order they accepted my money immediately and as I have not received the product I paid for I expect a full refund or the correct dress I ordered as advertised Order No LJ00016585

in response to their reply today - they did not respond to my emails earlier this year after the delivery never came - i have evidence of this They also only replied to my facebook once i posted a comment on socials And were not replying last 24 hours only till i posted a further complaint They are also still failing to refund for no delivery - even after providing all copies of emails etc I have provided all details of my order several times - please see my emails and communication on facebook DO NOT order from this company - you will be lucky if you get your order and if you don t they don t reply to your emails - they only reply to comments on facebook then completely do not take responsibility for the products not getting delivered I never got a refund and now because i have given them all the information to prove it they are not replying on facebook

Do Not trust this online site the people giving negative reviews here are true and correct 2 of my orders placed on Dec 8 of 2023 the first came and completely different from what it showed on their site the clothing materials is so cheap the glitters got off on the clothes and fell all over my floor the other pre order has Not arrived I have contacted them numerous times through email in which their only way of contact called Supportladyjuice and I got no response on regards of the order expect a response for feedback This company is a S C A M Please do Not TRUST this Ladyjuice sku K573444620658376704

Do Not order from this company I ordered an outfit months ago and never received order I requested a refund on Dec 7th Ladyjuice said I would receive the refund within 7 days It s been a month and no refund I am an attorney and I intend to turn this company over to the BBB and Al Attorney General s Office Sybil Howell

Ordered a dress that never arrived Contacted them but never heard back Contacted my credit card company I used to purchase the dress and they reversed the charge I keep seeing their FB ads and every time I leave a comment about my experience it gets deleted This company is trash

This website is just a big scam

This website is just a big scam I was just about to order a dress of 200 and looking through all dresses they have on the website I ve noticed for one model they actually have a picture with the dress on the manechin if you have a better look at it you will see it s just an ordinary cloth not even looking similar with the dress on the model just imagine to pay all this money and to receive a cloth good to mop the floor with it Thank you to all these honest people who left a review here you saved my money The good reviews I think are fake

This is the worst site I ve ever experienced I ordered a dress 30th march 112 00 I have a receipt for the money taken out of my account sent 5 emails no response I haven t received confirmation for it to be delivered or when shipped Ive reported this to my bank as they definitely are not legit yous will never have luck scamming people out of money Never ever order of this site

Terrible quality and customer service

I ordered three items I got no order confirmation or shipping information I wrote to them and they sent shipping information for two items Those items arrived and were of terrible quality The zippers do not work among other quality issues I requested a refund and to cancel the third item I have sent three emails and not one response to the desire to return refund Finally received a response and instead of a refund or option to return they offered to refund me 30 30 on clothes I cannot wear Unacceptable
