Customer Service of the highest order
I was unfortunate enough to have ordered for my Christmas cheeses to be delivered Christmas week Due to the postal strike L Affinage could no longer guarantee that delivery They phoned me yes phoned me explaining their problem Having missed their call but picked up the message they left I immediately texted saying not to worry send it when they could for them to lose custom as others deliberately attacked Christmas shoppers did not sit well with my upbringing I received a message in reply within 30 minutes thanking me for my patience and an email advising me of delivery on 30th December The cheese once again is excellent and serendipity instead of such a brilliant product being lost in the Christmas festivities I m now enjoying it into the New Year with decent wine or Port or a darker Ale Needless to say I won t be ordering for Christmas next year but will be for the New Year a time to look back on the very best of cheese with that rare commodity these days the absolute best of customer service and look forward to another year of the same

The whole thing from ordering to receiving was a pleasure
