You will never get refund from Lafobikes com
I purshased a road bike tire The brand new tire has two microscopic hole which I think it is manufacturing defect I contacted customer service One representative replied me and said that I spoke with the Continental representative and we don t see a warranty case here based on your video If you feel different you can find a local Continental authorized dealer and they will look at it and apply for a warranty if it is the case Thanks for your understanding I think if they sell me a defective product they should refund all the money or replace it ASAP It is so weird that they contact manufacture What a bad experience
