Returning an item is long and complicated

This Company makes returning an item very difficult I see from the DPD tracking of my returned item that they have received it about 4 weeks ago but I have not yet received my money back XXL FL Black and Marble Base Black Gold SH numero do artigo 98808Order number 41000032003It is a big lamp which was sent to me and returned in 3 boxes I tried several times to reach them by email but they don t respond

Delivery problems

The delivery which is your responsibility was bad The delivery company sent a message advising the time they would deliver but they didn t show up We were available all day Unfortunately there was no way to contact you and the driver did not respond to phone calls I did not receive a call from the delivery company and there was no contact information in their message to me When I finally managed to contact them I was advised that the address was incomplete or illegible When I got the package the address was complete and easily read The power of the uplighter was not as bright as we were expecting
