The product Le Klint Cord Adjuster broke during the first use and I had to drill it and screw a bolt in it so it doesn t fall apart

I will never again buy at this store No good customer service whatsoever I ve been buying many lamps in the past surely spent more than 1500 Now I ordered the wrong cable 10 and they deny to send the right one without charging me Now you lost me as a costumer Tantpis

Terrible delivery service and customer communication

According to the website my product was in stock and should have been delivered within 3-5 days Have been waiting for over two weeks and the parcel tracking shows that the product got sent back to the producer without being tried to deliver to my address No information about this has been shared with me in the meantime I hope Lampenmeister is compensating their customers

wrong product and poor customer service

They shipped the wrong product and once open the package it was a rug a smell of mold like it has been in a wet place When asked to get a refund it was a nightmare asking packages photos labels photos etc And to return I should have wait at home the whole week waiting for the UPS guy to pick up I gave up but I will never buy anything from this website i hope this can help if u are thinking to buy from this vendor

I bought two lamps from them recently

The shop itself is fine but I bought two lamps from seletti recently and although the lamps themselves are beautiful they manufactured them in a way that normal lightbulbs would not fit even though I have bought several E12 E14 online and offline according to the specs Seems like a ploy to force customers to keep buying their specific bulbs from them for eternity

Dissapointing experience with GLS

The eshop is well organized and the order easy to place and pay The range of products is fantastic and a swiss shop is very convenient The experience with GLS transport was not ideal though The delivery to Switzerland was fairly quick 5 working days However the tracking link from the email stopped working the second day after the order I could find the tracking number in another link in Auftragsstatus and manually searched using the GLS website No delivery date time estimation has been provided and the status stopped being updated at the day of delivery it is not possible to ask to leave the package at the doorstep elsewhere as this option is possible only with a danish address Otherwise I would recommend the Lampenmeister and will use it again in future
