Ordered two lamps had one delivered and asked where the second one was Was provided with a Royal Mail tracking which I can now see has been delivered in Scotland I live in the midlands of England I have requested a refund or a second lamp sent to me but I have had no response In response to your reply you said 2-3 last week and provided me a tracking number which has been delivered to Scotland did you not want to reply to this part of my initial review

I would advise not to buy from this Merchant All lighting look great on the site but nothing like when you finally after a long while you receive them One of the boxes was badly taped or damaged perhaps opened at the Custom The light itself was awful Glue from all the sides coming out badly finished screws popping out at the back didn t look safe either The box was all in Chinese writing I couldn t understand a thing Pictures here to show how poor these lights are Never again

LPUK15073Please do not buy from this website It is not a U K company All product shipped from China However they have a Hong Kong address on the website for some reason I thought this is a company based in the U K as their website end with U K The light I ordered is 149 on their website I found it is only 30 somewhere else Everytime when you want to cancel your order they would say the order is dispatched although they haven t dispatched it at all The order was placed on 5th Dec night time in China And the timeline for dispatch is 5-7 working days They cannot dispatch the item on 6th Dec Now they state that order has been dispatched and no dispatch email sent to me at all Upon checking the order on their website the order is awaiting fulfilment and not dispatched at all They are lying Update I put through chargeback in regard the transaction to Amex and they have to cancel my order now Upon checking their website and reviews not even a bad review at all which is unusual Look at the reviews here and compare them to reviews on their website Be honest and transparent is the key to business
