Biltong is pretty much just jerky
Ordered about 50 worth of biltong and it arrived quickly and without issues I wasn t sure what the ice was for in checkout but apparently they include ice packs in your order to keep the biltong cool so you can order extra ice packs if you re concerned about that There was care instructions for the biltong that involved placing it in a paper bag if it was too moist and they included paper bags in the order just in case Every issue that could possibly arise in your order is anticipated and accommodated for They also threw in a handful of delicious chocolate covered marshmallows - an unexpected but welcome surprise My only real criticism is that the website is sluggish and a bit janky
