Newcastle Facilities were ok but the staff were unable to keep us safe from harassment from groups of young men so this is a would NOT recommend

Horrible customer service and subpar games

Booked a lane at lane 7 and when I went I was told they had issues with the lanes and would be emailed with an option to book a double game at another date as compensation Email never came and so I called to just ask for a refund I was told they didn t do refunds and that they would have to ask their sales team During this whole process the customer service was horrible and the staff were incredibly rude telling me to stop talking because they don t do refunds even though I was denied the service due to their own issues In the end the refund was approved and I am now waiting for it to come back however I would never recommend this place to anyone On top of all of this the arcade section is a small area with broken games that barely work and the photo booth barely works as well Awful customer service and a bad establishment overall

Overpriced and rude manager with zero customer service skills

The experience was disappointing and overpriced Lane 7 city centre - We arrived on time and paid 26 for bowling Due to delays at the tills our start time was pushed back We only managed to play one game despite being told we d get a second Staff at the front desk were unhelpful and rude throughout Altogether we got just 15 minutes of playtime not worth the money

We had a 10th birthday party

We had a 10th birthday party unfortunately not all kids could make it tummy bugs and what was a 30 guest party turned to a 21 guest party Have paid a full deposit of 300 euro we were then told no refund would be made and we couldn t use the overpayment against drinks or other activities So best not having your kids party here as we all know there is always those who drop out at the last minute Most establishments would just charge for those participating or give you a voucher or a refund but not here Disappointing and wont be back We will stick with the trusty Leisureplex for future parties at least they have somewhere to sit also

Paid for an hour but we were only allowed play for 45 mins Our start was delayed due to the earlier booking running over When we asked to start a second game for the final 15mins we were told we would have to pay for another game The lane we were on 7 was smaller than usual also felt like a kids bowling lane I wouldn t recommend this place

Very disappointing experience at Lane7 Dublin Grafton St

Our visit was a mess from the start Staff acted like they didn t want groups there even though they offer packages advertised online We paid for 4 arcade cards and waited hours only to get 3 The excuse They ran out which is ridiculous since we were one of the early customers We only got a refund for that one missing card Nothing for the poor service or delays Tried to solve the situation with wanted us to leave Staff were unprofessional and slow I had to collect our own drinks even though service was included and they said they re going to serve them All 8 drinks from the package were randomly handed to us at once we were 4 people why would we drink all at once no thought or care The manager was rude constantly interrupted while we tried to explain the situation and made the situation worse instead of helping It was expensive frustrating and badly managed I left feeling completely dissatisfied Definitely wouldn t recommend Lane7 Dublin for group events or trying to have a good time
