Terrible Don t buy
We bought two Nordica Inserto woodburners last year and they are terrible They give off very little heat the fan is very noisy and the vents keep jamming up There is no customer service neither from their French distributor nor the company itself The instructions are completely incomprehensible and incomplete - we are trying to read the French German and English translations and none of them make any sense A complete waste

You may as well burn your money - go elsewhere
Biomass Pellet Boiler - don t touch La Nordica with the proverbial barge pole Total lack of back up breakdown cover and no engineer service if you are in UK or from other reviews anywhere but Italy Save your money and go elsewhere Contact them via their website and they ignore you

Wouldn t know whether to recommend or warn not to buy
Great when it functions but regularly cuts out The internal water pump appears to be the problem Far too sensitive Stops the stove when it detects any tiny bit of air or foreign body Installer told us that the previous pump wasn t sensitive enough and caused the manufacturer a lot of problems with repairs so instead they installed a pump that is too sensitive
