L nsf rsakringI had L nsf rsakrin insurance for my apartment and paid for several years when I lost the apartment key and was charged by Fastighets AB LKF the insurance did not pay anything said you have to have special insurance I don t recommend anyone to have L nsf rsakring they just draw money from you and don t pay anything if something happens

lansforsakringar is a SCAM
So after years of insuring my place with lansforsakringar I broke the camera of my iPhone reported the damage to their website and included a paper from Apple maintenance department with their analysis of the damage and cost to fix it After two weeks they replied saying that i should send the phone to them through a third party company called GIAB and once they did their own analysis which takes at least one week then they can either fix it or see if they can compensate As if i am reporting a damaged pair of shoes that i can send to them and pick another from the closet I tried to reach out to them again and ask for another solution but they kept ignoring my emails for almost one month and then they replied saying that the reason they have to do it this way is to increase the environmental benefit and reduce emissions I will never deal with lansforsakringar and i don t recommend anyone doing business with them They are an absolute scam

Their sales people are straight up
Their sales people are straight up lying to sell their services I was told the personal deductible in case of damage is X amount They forced me to pay Y Next year I tried to cancel my subscription and they tricked me by saying that the policy changes and now you ll never have to pay more than X amount Another problem appeared and they asked Y amount again Trick me once shame on you Trick me twice shame on me

Never this bank again Trust me
the customer service is non-existend anymore That was different some years ago when I had all my banking and insurance services with Lansf rs kringar But now there is absolutely nothing left that can be called customer service Just algorithms and impersonal responses I have even a subtle feeling that they scare people away on purpose If you have a problem it s definitely not theirs Too bad for a bank that I trusted for so many years Now I will move everything that I have with them to another well-known bank in Sweden I guess they are at least happy with Lansfors kringars service

Straight up Scumbags Our child was born with a heart condition and they told us our insurance doesn t cover it as it s not a serious enough condition Now when we come to insure her as a child they say they can t cover her cause she has a condition Which one is it is it not bad enough or too bad

They make fake signing of contract against customers will
During last week I made a basic house insurance search online for my new house which I ll get access in end of August Then I received a phone call from LF s sales person who gave me some offers I friendly told him that I ll make decision later if I decide to choose your service I ll call back to sign contract But one week later I receive full papers showing that I have signed contract for house insurance and individual accident insurance I call back immediately to terminate the contract and tell them I didn t agree to sign any contract The service staff told me that he can see in their system that I got quotation on 29 6 and then I called back next day on 30th to sign contract which is completely fake info that salesperson made up This is really disgusting that you need to spent time and effort to terminate some contract which is completely out of your mind So be careful with their offer or just ignore their contact if don t have any idea on which service you want to buy exactly
