Although their FAQ and home page state they usually ship their keys the same day of order or next day I believe they never shipped my keys Based on where I live I should have received they keys 3-4 days after they were shipped I emailed them 7 days after I ordered the keys and asked if they were shipped by what method and if there was a tracking number I had paid with PayPal so the shipping address was correct I received a reply that my shipping address might be incorrect or USPS lost the shipment I verified my correct address I received a second reply that it was shipped without a shipping date or method of shipping tracking number which I requested I asked for all three info details They informed me it was shipped the day I ordered in a first class envelop no tracking They told me they could reship or I could cancel the order without stating if I would get a refund if I cancelled the order I asked if I would get a refund with cancellation of order They cancelled my order with a refund
