Lara Cars a great car hire experience

We have just arrived back from a Week s trip to Spain and as family of x7 people we hired two vehicles from Lara Cars in Alicante Airport This is the first time that we had used Lara Cars and decided to try them after reading other reviews online We were pleasantly surprised how simple the whole process was from booking to payment vehicle pick up and return I was a bit sceptical at first but the whole process was so simple Lara Cars do not stop up to 2000 Euros from you credit card as do many of the other hire companies i have used in the past The representative met us at the airport multi storey car park even though our flight was delayed by 2 hours he explained the whole process to us and took a credit card payment there and then The cars were very clean and modern and a pleasure to drive He explained the very simple return process where you basically return the car to the same place and just lock the car and shut the keys in the boot I asked about the damage procedure and was told to just let them know if we damaged the car just so they could book it in to be repaired if necessary The whole experience made for a stress free car hire and i did not give it a second thought whilst on my holiday I will definitely be booking with Lara Cars in the future and would recommend to them anyone Special thanks to Luisa and Jojo for the booking procedure
