Terrible This is a firm operating from abroad Received a faulty product and sent back promptly by recorded delivery They have ignored this and various emails I received a refund from my credit card company

Wanted to buy a laser pointer from a UK

Wanted to buy a laser pointer from a UK seller so used these Ordered my purchase and paid Then noticed on line bad reviews My mistake I should of checked first I emailed the company but found it was not in UK but Netherlands They emailed back a poor email in Dutch which after translation was rubbish Then later in the mail I received a laser pointer but it does not work Seems they are a con Do not use

Scam shopI ve subsequently found out that they are selling 10 quid pointers for nearly 100 quid mine broke on the second use and despite repeated attempts to contact the company via their portal via email i have received absolutely no human response over the course of two months of trying

Complete Scam Company - Do not buy from

Complete Scam CompanyThey promise that they sell products that comply with EU regulations but what I received was a cheap Chinese piece of rubbish that had a label written in Chinglish I returned the product and requested a proper EU product After several months of trying to get something all my support tickets RMA has been removed They keep blaming Covid as the issue but that is rubbish I have been to the Netherlands in the last week and things are not that bad I am going to investigate reporting the company to the equivalent of the UK s Trading Standards I am sure my Dutch wife can help me

Found this site after I d already ordered from them Paid 100 for a cheap 10 laser Initiated a return through their site which was ignored Emailed them again three times further and heard nothing back The website has now gone down although a US version still seems to be active Do not give these people your money

Company of scammers I bought a g3 starlight 1mw laser for 99 euros I received the product with a week of delay despite the promise of a shipment in 3 4 days The product was already used damaged and not working I sent them tons of mails and I opened 2 RMA requests NEVER REPLIED INEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Fortunately I had paid via PAYPAL and I had my money saved after I opened a PAYPAL CLAIM This company should be BANNED
